Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dirty dishes.
Leave dirty towels in the bathrooms.
Wheel the trash can to corner end of the driveway as close to the street as possible (handle toward the house, opening to the street)
Please take all your food with you. Check the refrigerator/freezer. Do not leave ANY FOOD/DRINKS behind.
Put the A/C thermostat back to 77 degrees.
Turn off all the lights/fans.
Make sure the back door is securely closed and locked.
Lock the front door by inputting your door code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Use only the plastic containers inside the refrigerator/freezer to store bait or fish. Do not clean fish on the property or inside the house.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.
