"The best thing about the property is their excellent customer service. Monica helped us at check in and Vera at checkout. Vera was especially helpful as she helped us get the shuttle as our parking situation at the airport didnt work out. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful. As we were dealing with both a birth and death at the same time it was helpful to have such a caring staff as l was very frazzled. "

"No hair dryer, no iron or ironing board available even upon request, no coffee machine or cups, hallways weren't vacuumed and floor at elevator was dirty. Shower floor mat was dirty on one side and folded over to hide it. Room was clean and bed was good. Had to turn switch at entry to get power for most of the room so lights at bedside and charging of phone."
