I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price point.

Dated facility, needs facelift. We had the room right by the hallway where all the maids took their cards and pushed him outside and it was horribly loud.
