Cozy Vacation Hideaway

We have taken extra steps to ensure this rental stays COVID free. This is a very nice 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath spacious basement apartment with separate entrance. It is perfect for 6 adults or a small family. Fully furnished with 1 king and 2 queens in three separate rooms. We also supply a twin air mattress if needed. It has a full living room with a sectional style sofa with 4 recliners. It also has a kitchenette with a stove but no oven. It is full of dishes, utensils, sink with a disposal and dishwasher. Easy access to the freeway. Only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and approximately 30-60 minutes from most major ski resorts for winter retreats. Only minutes from some of the most amazing hiking, biking, and outdoor views in the warmer months. Close to several major shopping centers, theaters, and restaurants.

Access to the laundry with coordination. No maid services unless staying longer than 1 week then newly laundered towels will be done once a week. If you are looking for a great location for your ski trip, backpacking, kayaking, paragliding at the sky park, sightseeing of historic downtown Salt Lake City, or simply want to experience a winter wonderland or the beautiful mountains and outdoors then look no further. If you are seeking a party house, then this is not the place for you and we wish you the best of luck in your continued search. We are very friendly and love entertaining others, so we are super glad to accommodate most anything upon request and want this to be an amazing trip for you and your group. We maintain a very high 5-star rating and have had some amazing times making memories for and with our guests. We have stayed in several vacation rentals ourselves, and we know that there are good and bad rentals. We seek to make this a great rental for you. This is our home, so it is not the full house for rent as we live upstairs, but the apartment is over 1800 square feet. We are also family friendly and have our own active 9-year-old and a small dog. Since this is our home, we simply ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 9:30 p.m. Sun-Thur, and by 10:30 p.m. Fri-Sat. Please feel free to ask any questions to make sure this property will be a good fit for you and your group prior to booking.

The price includes a $10/night cleaning fee for 6 guests with 50% due at time of booking and the remaining 50% to be paid 30 days prior to your stay. If more than 6 guests arrive, a $50/per person per night fee will be charged immediately, unless other arrangements are agreed to by inquiring with us. If more than 8 guests are present at check-in, we reserve the right to terminate this contract immediately with no refunds. If you cancel before 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel before 14 days, a 50% refund will be given. No refund will be given after the 14-day mark prior to your stay. We reserve the right to terminate this reservation at any point during your stay if the house rules are broken.
