We had a great stay at Tropical Island! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. It’s directly across the street from the Palazzo and Venetian, making it an easy walk to the Sphere through the connected walkway, which was perfect for our concert. Taxi service to/from the airport was also quick and convenient. My only suggestion would be to make the A/C a bit stronger, as the room could have been cooler. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The Palazzo is an incredible Las Vegas get-away. From the moment you arrive all of the staff make you feel special. Check-in goes so smoothly and the rooms are spotless. So many things to do and see just in the Palazzo and Grand Canal hops. The restaurants are incredible. I highly recommend Palazzo and Venetian, Las Vegas...so wonderfully invigorating travel destinations.

Amazing stay at the Venetian loved the area and the staff was a beautiful time away from home.

I upgraded to a suite and I loved this property

The communication with the check in staff was poor. The person was hard to understand and ended up adding 300 dollars more to my already pre paid bill.
