Family Beach House - Prime Location

This is a great family beach house in a prime location with the golf course and tennis court right across the road, the beach is only a 5 min walk, the kid's playground and beach dairy are also really close. Riversdale Beach has so many outdoor activities on offer swimming, fishing, surfing, community events and great walks. Great location for family holidays and special occasions. You can also bring your fur baby (max 1 small dog only) bring your boat and park it up on the grass area.
Linen: sheets, house towels and tea towels are all provided, you just need to bring your own beach towels.
There are three bedrooms inside the main house.
Bedroom 1: 1 × king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 × king bed and a set of king single bunks (2 beds)
Bedroom 3: Set of bunks - double and king single bunks
Upstairs, you’ll also find a relaxing day bed – the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun.
In addition, there is a separate bedroom outside with 1 × king bed and easy access to the second bathroom area. (shower and toilet)
The main house has a full bathroom (including a bath) plus a separate toilet, washing machine and freezer inside the house.
The cosy lounge features a wood burner (firewood provided), and from the upstairs lounge you can step out onto a spacious deck with stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cater for a large group. BBQ is located outside undercover (please remember to clean the BBQ after use).
The house information with everything you need to know will be available in the kitchen area on arrival. The outdoor room and bathroom will only be available if needed for large bookings.
Wi-Fi and house manual details will be available inside the property. Lockbox details will be sent closer to the booking.
