Perfect setting for a family to relax and have some fun. 2400 sq. ft. 2 story vacation home that features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 18' x 36' inground pool with slide and waterfall that is fenced in separately from the backyard, pool house with bathroom, fenced in private backyard with separate 20' x 30' dog kennel, ground level cedar outdoor deck that's perfect for entertaining and a large outdoor custom built fireplace where you can sit at night and enjoy a glass of wine from one of the local vineyards. 1st floor has master bedroom with private full size bathroom and built in Jacuzzi, 2 additional bedrooms and another full size bathroom. 1st floor also includes a sitting room with fireplace, cozy living room with sliding door access to deck and an eat in kitchen. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a full size bathroom. Enjoy some fine dining nearby at "Phil's East" waterfront dining, "Bayview Inn Restaurant" and Granna Wood Roasted Pizza/Italian Restaurant along with many other great restaurants. This area really is a "Foodie Destination". This home is also just a few minutes from Tanger Outlets in Riverhead, and close to about 12 North Fork Vineyards/Wineries. Minutes from The All Star Bowling Alley, Dairyland Ice Cream Shop, Suffolk Theater, Mattituck Movie Theater, Atlantis Aquarium and world rated golf courses. Splish Splash Water Park rated #1 in the US is just a 10 minute drive, great family fun! Invite your friends out for weekend to meet you "Out East" at your summer get away! Out of the city for the summer

Beautiful yard with a pool. The house has everything that you need. Very convenient to shopping and West Hampton and East Quogue. The owners are close by if you have any questions. It is a lovely summer getaway that is also dog friendly.
