"Was there 2 nites. Staff was very nice! But… No housekeeping at all. Needed another towel. Called housekeeping & front desk several times & no one picked up (did get the towels tho, but no beds made, etc). Room HVAC was wonky: either too hot or too cold. TV didn’t work. Bar wasnt open when we wanted to get something. Always seemed like it was closed. "

"I had a wonderful stay on The Regency houseboat. It is a really nice home with luxurious furnishings and appliances. Being on the end of the dock is awesome for the views and a little extra privacy (but be warned it's a healthy walk). I've stayed in a lot of hotels and rentals in recent years, and the upstairs shower here was one of my favorites -- high praise especially for a 'boat'. In my four days in March, I got to experience the range of warm days in the 70s as well as a storm with big winds and temps that went down in the 30s ---the houseboat was comfy the entire time."

"Great location, clean, easy to access, accessible street parking in front of house, and exactly as advertised. (I’d add the kitchen is bigger than what the pictures show) Stayed here for marathon weekend and it’s a couple blocks to shuttle bus stop and less than 1/2 a mile from finish line. Also, convenient to have cafe and ice cream in walking distance. A few logistic-related messages to owners who responded promptly. "
