"The staff were so friendly. The rooms were nice. The lamp on the closet side of the room was not working. I feel a newer fridge could have been in place. The one in place was rusty and didn't have a way to lower the temperature and was not even cool enough to cool our beverages and snacks."

"This Courtyard was a little below the standards of others I have stayed. The staff were helpful and very accommodating but seemed overwhelmed at times because of limited staffing. The room was clean but the trash at the property was not always emptied properly. I was surprised by the "community" microwaves in the icea areas. None in the rooms. Cafe was often understaffed. Hotel lobby computer out of order."

"Room was not clean. The woman at the front desk was a total idiot. She was smug and not knowledgeable about the computer. She did NOT. Give me the gift bag with water. Just passive aggressive. No people skills or hospitality training. I won’t be back unless there’s a valid reason."
