This FIRST FLOOR Deluxe Cottage is steps to pool, Rodeo, Saloon, Adventure Park and more! Enjoy your own private screened patio overlooking the courtyard! This is also a corner unit and very private! This unit sleeps 4 and has 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. There is a breakfast / dining table a desk and a dresser.
A GREAT LOCATION! Walk to all amenities!

Westgate's River Ranch is located on the Kissimmee River and is a perfect retreat for the weekends, holidays and winter! Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting, swimming and more.

Extra Services Upon Request: Pet Fee $50 one time.

River Ranch

It was a nice relaxing time. We haven’t been to River Ranch for many years. Food and activity prices have increased significantly. Rodeo, bonfire and pool were great! Room comfortable and spacious. The screened in patio and rear exit was also nice.

river ranch wedstgate has gone from a fun family vacation to dog crap and a huge waste of time and money. the rooms are overpriced, and rodeo has become a big disappointment. The Golf carts were sold out, so was shooting, so was mostly everyhting. The food options are pathetic. the one sit down service restaurant is not suitable for my dog. the other restaurant is self serve in a cheap ugly building. We have been to River Ranch 4 times over last 6 years and we will never return again.

Worse than a hotel room

Broken patio chairs, no lights working on microwave or stove, no wine opener, toilet didn't flush right, chain kept popping off, place was filthy with cob webs in corners,had pollen inside unit, minimal.pans, fans were not working, stove fan not working, drawers don't close in dresser, no cutting board, no dish rack, limited dishes 2 lrg and 4 small.finally no foot bath towel, slipped getting out onto the tile..... place needs complete overhaul!! Do not recommend! Especially for the price! Oh and nothing open during the week, not even 1 reataurant and closest town or grocery is over an hour away!

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed Labor Day weekend. The property was nicely cornered and easily accessible to everything. Only downside, which is at no fault of the property owner, is ceiling is thin and we could hear every footstep happening above us. The A/C unit woke us a few times during the night as well with how loud that ran, but again… it seems like all the rooms had this same issue, not just this one. Michelle was fast and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.
