"A nice cozy wooden hotel, somewhat old but very well maintained and recently remodeled, from what I can tell. Very clean. Breakfast is varied with fruits and eggs and mini muffins and all kinds of stuff, but the best thing was the automated pancake maker which provides entertainment while it makes pancakes."

"Check-in couldn’t have been easier. Check-in staff was a pure delight! Room was safe, clean, comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, downtown Placerville (super cute and fun!), coffee. We came for Apple Hill fall fun and this hotel was great for our family of 4 doing a quick and budget-friendly family mini-trip. Will definitely be back. "
