"Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. Free breakfast is excellent in choice and variety. Very Happy, book with confidence."

"Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under the shower! We had requested a quiet room so think this may be why we were in the room at far top corner of hotel. The bed and pillows weren’t our favourite but comfortable enough. Only other negative was that the room used to store our luggage after check out was wide open and people in there for a meeting on our return - there is no system to ensure luggage is collected by owner only. Luckily we had no issues and our luggage was there but could be very different! This sounds like a bad review, it was a good hotel for us as we hardly used the room as out exploring - just a few minor things that let it down!"

"Great Hotel and amazing staff. From Rosella on reception, the cleaners and the lovely breakfast staff: we were made to feel very welcome. Rosella provided fantastic assistance with transfers, taxi's, local amenities etc and our whole stay was absolutely brilliant. The amenities of the Hotel are great with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, children's area, bike hire etc. Highly recommend, and only a short walk into the beautiful Riva del Garda itself. "

"Great location with beautiful lake-front views. Hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. Nice walk into old town along waterfront. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious! On-site parking was very convenient."
