A quaint and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Italy. Francesca and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when next in Riva del Garda.

Deserves More Than 5 Stars

Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.

Bayrischer Look mit italienischen Charme

Wir haben uns im Vittoria sehr willkomen gefühlt. Paulo, der Chef hatte uns persönlich empfangen und sich Zeit für unsere Fragen rund und Riva genommen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, wo man mit dem Auto nicht hineinfahren darf, was hier allerdings nicht das Problem war, da Paulo unser Kennzeichen direkt an die örtliche Polizeibehörde weitergab, damit wir als Hotelbesucher hier kein Bußgeld zugestellt bekommen. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, allerdings super sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Klima sehr familiär. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel defintiv weiterempfehlen und würde hier auch wieder einchecken bei meinem nächsten besuch in Riva.

Good hotel in town centrum

The hotel is in town centrum, so you can reach every place walking or with the bicycle. The staff was really gent and friendly. The building and the facilities are no newest, but it is clean and comfortable. We stay in hotel with family and the kids as well as the adults was fine.

Good value for money

The hotel is clean and in a ideal location. There is a restaurant in the hotel however it is very sound proof so we couldn't hear it at all. We ate at the restaurant as well it is very good especially the steak. The breakfast is good, there is cold bread and cereals and you can also pick from the menu what hot food you would like. The staff are all very friendly as well. The only thing I didn't like was the air-conditioning, it was not powerful enough for me however I am a very hot person and my girlfriend thought it worked well.

Convenient & Clean.

Stayed here for 2 nights & had a pleasant time. Paola, Francesca &team were very helpful & efficient. The hotel is in a central location-close to the shops. The room was clean & functional but had limited space. Breakfast was good &hot food was cooked to order. The restaurant below serves good food at reasonable prices. A boat trip on the Lake is a must but you can also get a bus which goes as far as Garda town. The views are spectacular. 6km is a town called Arco which is well worth a visit which has a market on a Wednesday.

sehr saubere, helle Zimmer mit ansprechendem gemütlichen Interieur, Frühstück in Ordnung, sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekte Bedingungen für einen erholsamen Städtetrip für den nicht so dicken Geldbeutel ;-)
