The rooftop bar was wonderful with superb views and great nightly entertainment. The front desk and other service personnel were great and very helpful and friendly. Underground parking was a bonus! A little additional lighting in the room would be the only thing wanting. But overall a super place to stay.

The hotel was very nice but as other reviewers mentioned the views from the room are limited since there are other buildings nearby. However the view from the pool on the top floor was spectacular! Breakfast was also there and it was just heaven. The beauty of the mountains and lake could not be beat. The room was also nice and had everything you would need. Modern and clean. Service was wonderful. We would come back!

Cons: the dinner was so bad I had to take away a star. It was $40pp for a tasting menu, and I couldn’t believe how bad the food was. It was like the blandest microwaveable meal I’d ever tasted. We ate dinner offsite the rest of our trip. For breakfast, I watched them fill the water dispenser from the tap. Then when I tried to order tap water later on they told me that wasn’t allowed and I had to buy water bottles. That feels very wasteful to me when it’s apparent the water is fine since they serve it to guests. Pros: the view from the rooftop was fantastic, rooms have AC and were clean. Great breakfast selection. Lunch was pretty good. The drinks were okay but pricier for the area.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

The Hotel met our expectations & more! We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was lovely & the Terrace was amazing! Loved the music nights, the bar staff Michaelangelo was fab, as was Jessica & Marcos in the restaurant, attentive & welcoming on each morning & evening & couldn't have asked more of them, also the chefs meals were perfect...infact we will have to fast before we come again (which we are intending on doing so) as the food was delicious, and well presented! I couldn't rate this highly enough, they really treated us so well, asI can see with many others! The aircon leaked one night, but was fixed instantly & that is a measure of good customer service as thing's always will go wrong it'show it's dealt with! I thank all staff & the owners & propriotersshould be very prpud of each staff member, even the cleaners were very welcoming when we saw them! It was our honeymoon & after our dissapointing night in Venice (due to poor service, hotel was 4* but their staff was not, which was extremely dissapointing) thank god we had choosen well with Kristal & to all those ppl who left good reviews! X

Die Damen und das Serviceteam waren wirklich freundlich und professionell. Auf der Homepage wird allerdings beworben, das die Poolbar von 0800 - 2400 Uhr offen sei, aber Fehlanzeige. Diese Bar wird nur an Wochenenden abends geöffnet. Wenn es beworben wird sollte man doch dies auch einhalten oder anders Bewerben. Achtung, Hotelzimmertüren prüfen ob diese auch wirklich verschießen. Zimmer 403 war dem nicht so. Wir mussten kräftig zuziehen oder auch von innen zudrücken das diese auch wirklich verschlossen war. Selbiges Zimmer die Toilettenspülung war nur einseitig nutzbar und der Toilettenpapierhalter war lose. Alles wurde an der Rezeption angezeigt. Kleiner Tipp für die Rezension, für Fahrer von E-Autos wenn das Auto voll ist oder nicht geladen wird, ist das kein Dauerparkplatz. Zwei Ladepunkte sind vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist eng und kostet 10€, lohnt sich aber da des Laden kostenlos ist. (Zwischen 7 und 11Kw) Trotz allem ein gutes Hotel.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen. Der Service ist wirklich erstklassig. Das angebotene Frühstück auf der Dachterasse hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt nichts was es nichts gibt. Und bitte probiert, die leckeren Pancakes auf der Dachterasse und besucht Abends die Dachterasse zu einem "live-konzert". Wir würden auch gerne 8 Sterne verteilen :-) Danke für die schöne Zeit. ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Dejlig oplevelse i Riva del Garda

Dejligt hotel, med fantastisk morgenmad og venligt personale, værelset bar præg af alder og afløbet i brusekabinen var ikke helt ok. God kælder parkering med dog kun to ladestander, en bil var parkeret ved den ene konstant (en dansk bil typisk). Centrum ligger ca. 1.3 km fra hotellet, der er en perfekt badestrand ca. 500 m fra hotellet.
