Situated on the second floor (with a lift) of a modern, three-story building, Casa Clara benefits from a delightful balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Inside, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living space that’s furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a flat screen TV. This space opens onto the balcony and also incorporates the kitchen, which is fitted with: a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.
