"We grabbed this site last minute for a concert at Benchmark arena. Price was great. Checking in and entering property was easy. They use a virtual desk so we had zero interaction with staff. Great property for multiple days stay because of full size kitchen and appliances. The n our case they allowed early check in at no cost. A couple of challenges. Parking. Initial text received or email stated there was close by parking and provided links. When we received the Check-in text it noted there was on site parking available. This was confusing why this was not offered when we booked. We ended up finding a metered space in front of of the building that ended up cheaper than the remote sites. We were concerned based on Google reviews, this location has possibly cancelled reservations with short notice and elevators being down. When we were there one of the 2 elevators was operational. Nice property within a 5 minute walk to the arena. Hopefully others will have the same experience we have had."
