"Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks. "

Just to note the main bedroom is on the main floor with three large bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has a large tv and a heater, in case you like it a little warmer, even with the house heater on. "

"The operator responded promptly to communications and was helpful and cordial. The house was clean, neat, cozy, and homey. Not elegant, but casual, relaxed and family style. Just right for us. If I go up that way again, I will definitely stay there. As a matter of fact, knowing that place is there makes it more likely I will return and spend more time there. "Everything was wonderful start to finish. The house is adorable and the screened in porch was so beneficial because the insects can get annoying. The incline of the yard was not too steep which was good for my elderly father-in-law to be able to get to the dock. And there was an adorable little video game that brought me back to my arcade days! The house is close to everything and the parking pad can fit up to three cars. The lake was wonderful and we had an amazing time. But the best part was that I caught the first bass!! We would highly recommend staying here!!"
