"The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were only 12 inches wide like pillows you put on a couch. I addressed this and asked for full-size pillows, but I was ignored. The pillows that are pictured on the website show full-size, but they were not it was ridiculous. Then the TV did not work and when I addressed this, they said we will send somebody down to teach you how to use the remote control. The remote control was not the issue. The TV did not work but nobody showed up. So we watch TV on our cell phones. Then morning shower came and the showerhead was broke. These are issues that should be addressed when cleaning, but obviously they were never addressed or checked. When checking out the manager just gave me a phone number to call again no help whatsoever."

I believe they were renovating some rooms because all the rooms around me were being worked on and the first room they put me in had trash and lunch from workers left behind (they moved me). Incredibly loud, beds are squeaky and uncomfortable and the elevator did not work so we had to haul our luggage up and down stairs!"

"This is a very nice, comfortable house with plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and comfortable. The owner was great about communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Seemed like a safe neighborhood as far as we could tell. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we come back to this area."

"Room and common areas were clean. Staff at front desk were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with ample supply of most foods. The woman overseeing it was always checking the serving area, replenishing and cleaning as necessary. She and the front desk person both advised me when they were close to shutting down for the morning, wanting to ensure I had everything I wanted before they took it away. The property is pretty well located in most respects except dining options within walking distance are limited. You'll have to drive a mile or so to the next interchange, or try DoorDash if you want reasonable options"
