Je crois que votre plateforme est extrêmement mal gérée puisque mon séjour a été annulé par le prestataire au mois de mai très peu de temps après ma réservation... Sur votre site il a toujours été stipulé "réservé" et jamais cela n'a été annulé... Et là, je recois un questionnaire de satisfaction... Bravo Abritel !
