McLemore Resort - 156 Rushing Water Trail
- Built in 2022, this custom Arthur Rutenburg Homes build showcases the best of premier mountain living with a modern interior and exterior design. The luxurious interiors and open concept design create a comfortable and homey appeal for groups, couples and families renting this property. The house overlooks McLemore's #13 fairway and green—an ideal hole for viewing exciting golf shots—and is located on a prime lot on Rushing Water Lane, just a few minutes from the McLemore Clubhouse.
The home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortable accommodating 8 guests. In addition to spacious, comfortable bedrooms, there is indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces.
Golf is not included in the price of home rentals. To make tee times please contact McLemore Resort golf sales at 800.329.8154 x.3. West village amenities are available to home rental guests at McLemore and include a pool (no lifeguard on duty, open May 1 - September 30) and tennis and pickleball courts. Transportation to West Village is not provided. Cloudland hotel pool and fitness center are not accessible to private home rental guests.
