"Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. Spotlessly clean too We were warned about lack of wardrobe space but it’s the same in all the boutique hotels so I brought lots of packing bags and kept clothes neatly folded in them on our couch A fantastic bonus was the terrace on fourth floor where Nespresso coffee and teas and choice of wines and beers and soft drinks are available all day free of charge. Also lovely fresh cookies. Also the restaurant / coffee shop in the lobby serves delicious snacks and food all day and early evening with a great atmosphere and again really lovely happy staff. All areas are very clean and staff constantly cleaning and tidying. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to tel aviv. "

"Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. By the time we return next summer we are in no doubt that it will be the well oiled machine it was when we stayed previously. Thank you "
