This original Charente house has been converted by the owner into a spacious and bright residence, with all modern conveniences and with a wonderful Mediterranean garden with pool. The double bedroom on the first floor has its own shower room. The single beds in the two rooms on the upper floor can be made up on request. The owner, who is a landscape architect, has created a pretty garden with trees and exotic plants, with water features and relaxation areas. The Roman town of Saintes on the river is 10 minutes away by car. The zoo in La Palmyre is one of the best in Europe, there are wine tours near Cognac.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
