"Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming.
