The cabins are basically brand new, the lovely smell of wood still lingers. Sealed tight as a drum, you can lie in bed and be a part of the jungle with the screened windows wide open, a part of nature. I’ve never been woken by howler monkeys at 6am and it’s an experience I will never forget. The beach is right down the road. David is so helpful and friendly. He even made a grocery run for us so we could luxuriate over breakfasts after morning birding! Cabs are available at a phone call or just going up and down the road. The rough roads lead to even more amazing jungle or small beach community experiences. Chocolate farms, ex-Pat bars, superb restaurants, starfish loaded beaches, tropical birds beyond your wildest dreams. The warmest, kindest locals. I didn’t want to leave this enchanted world. "
