"Small, older motel-style hotel with bar/restaurant on site. In the restaurant the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful (The steak was great and drinks were good). Discovered Cockroach infestation (multiple sizes) in our room (kitchen). Owner was extremely belligerent and combative, refused any resolution including denying checkout receipt. (Contacted via front desk staff and directly by Expedia, see owner responses to other guest reviews for reference.) Restaurant is run by a different individual. "

"The owner/host (Audrey) was quick to answer my many questions. She even went out of her way to meet us when we arrived. She even bought flowers for us!The house is quite new and, as can be seen from the pictures, modern. It was not as clean as we are used to but we are demanding. There were a few standard items missing(eg wine bottle opener, liquid hand soap in one of the washrooms) but the house caretaker was very easily contacted by WhatsApp and corrected the situation very quickly and always with a smile! The pool is beautiful and water was clean. The area is very quiet and we never felt uneasy. Grocery store is nearby.There was a negative aspect to our stay. We lost power about 5 times. North American news did report that there was a country-wide power outage at one point. However the caretaker advised that the owner will be installing a solar panel to correct that situation."

"We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. We use the all inclusive plan and this works great for a large group. The dinners were excellent and staff were great. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus. The ocean was rough for three days, but then we got some nice calm days to enjoy the surf. Beach walks were very nice. Our host Nina made sure we had everything we needed from transportation, golf, massages and dinner reservations. Overall our group had a fantastic time."

"No laundry services No air condition in one of the room I was charge US$xx for the cleaning which never happened. Its close to all the nice beaches, laguna grigri and town. Secure and clean place. WIFi was good. Kitchen didn't have full utensils. "
