  • Just 600 metres from Nisportino Beach, surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub, lies "Villetta ai Peri": a detached cottage in the hillside part of the town with a beautiful view of the sea. An excellent choice for anyone looking to combine relaxation and rest with a beach holiday.
    Villetta ai Peri is divided into 3 adjacent apartments (a two-room, a three-room, and a four-room apartment), all with separate entrances and spacious terraces offering views of the sea and sunsets: The terraces offer privacy with partitions and are equipped for outdoor dining. Private parking on the property.
    Three-room apartment (sleeps 4): spread over two levels, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, sofa, and satellite TV; a double bedroom; an open-air loft above the living room with a double bed and air conditioning; a bathroom with a shower stall, and a 15-square-meter terrace furnished with a round table for outdoor dining and 2 lounge chairs.
    Free use of the barbecue and the washing machine located in an outdoor area, shared with the other apartments.
    Bed linens and towels are provided upon request at a cost of 15.00 euros per person per stay.
