The Uvalde Side - Whiskey Mountain Duplex - Great Location!

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.
Sleeps 4-6 – Each cabin offers a queen size bed, two twin beds, a couch and a queen air mattress. Also a fully stocked kitchen, shower,  and BBQ grill, heat & air on each side.  Each side reserved separately.  It also has a large covered front porch.
This cabin includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector.  You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (2 Queens & 2 Twins).
Free Wi-Fi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.
Satellite T.V.
  This cabin does NOT include the following:
Trash bags, zip lock bags, & Paper Products-*** but we do supply you with ONE of the following to get you started: toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bag, coffee, & sugar.
Sheets & Towels – You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets & Pillowcases (2 Queens & 2 Twins).

- Quiet Time 11:00 pm - Septic System - * PLEASE TREAT IT GENTLY* - We have ample parking - No vehicles are to be parked on the grass at any time
- Check-out is 11am - late check-outs will incur a late fee - Trash is to be disposed of in the onsite dumpster or you will incur a $10 per bag fee
- We provide Standard cleaning which does not include dirty dishes or excessive interior/exterior litter and incurs a min. additional $30 cleaning fee
