Very convoluted check in process. Not well maintained. Hard to enter the area before elevator, they have a weird facial recognition gate next to elevator with very little space. Pillow cases and sheets may be clean but were all stained and give impression of dirt. Strange to have hallway lights off ...

The area it was in is a cute beach town with a nearby beach of its own! The staff were very sweet and despite the language barrier did an amazing job!
