Dear customer, our hotel had all the apartments renovated to the same standard, the guest was alone and requested an apartment facing the front of the hotel, shortly after he requested an apartment with a double bed, and he was changed apartment. The guest was warned that it was not allowed to remain at the hotel reception without wearing a mask.
