ótima localização e apartamento

o apartamento é exatamente como mostram as fotos, até maior do que eu imaginava, tem uma floresta nos fundos super bacana. Bem localizado, com comércio e poucas quadras da praia. basicamente fica atrás do Copacabana Palace. O proprietário é muito solicito e ajudou bastante. Foi ótimo, queo voltar!!!!

The quiet oasis in the middle of Copacabana

We really enjoyed our stay in Copacabana! The apartment was incredibly quiet. The layout was perfect having the kitchen opened to the living room. The location was very convenient with several grocery stores, restaurants, shops and drugstore nearby. The metro line stop and a taxi station were conveniently at the end of the block. The beach was only three blocks away. Perfect location and highly recommended. The host, Ricardo, was very personable and flexible to our needs. The apartment staff was also very friendly and helpful.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter Rio. Près de la plage et toutes les commodités à coté. Ce n'est pas réellement un appartement "touristique" mais un logement pour cariocas et c'est tant mieux. C'est parfait pour une famille de 4. Conforme aux photos. Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'accessoires /d'amenagement (salle de bain, cuisine). Le propriétaire est très sympa et arrangeant. Bonne adresse ⭐⭐⭐

O apartamento é limpo e organizado e passou por reforma recente, a localização é muito boa, a comunicação com o administrador foi excelente, ele é educado e prestativo. Dois fatos nos incomodaram: a cama de casal do quarto menor é muito ruim, muito dura e dificultou nosso sono, outro fator que nos incomodou foi a cobrança da conta de energia, passávamos o dia todo fora e quase não usamos energia e nos foi cobrado 77 reais no final da estada, esse é o valor que eu pago mensal em minha casa. Enfim, tirando essas duas questões, no mais foi tranquilo

Crítica construtiva: Poderia melhorar a cama de casal pois as molas acabaram com minhas costas; as roupas de cama são bem ruins; falta utensilios importantes como cafeteira, sanduicheira, garrafa térmica. Pelo valor que paguei (muito caro), deveria ter um limite pra não cobrar energia.

Fiquei hospedado com mais 2 pessoas no apartamento e nós achamos bem confortável, mobiliado e organizado. É perto de mercados, lanchonetes, restaurante, farmácia, metrô e outros (do jeito que estava no anúncio). O proprietário Ricardo é bem prestativo. Recomendo a todos!

Fiquei hospedado com mais 5 adultos no apartamento do Ricardo. O apartamento é confortável e bem mobiliado e está muito bem localizado (perto da praia, mercados, bancos, transporte público, shopping Rio Sul, restaurantes etc..). O prédio é tranquilo sem barulho e sem bagunça. Recomendo a hospedagem que é feita diretamente com o proprietário sem corretores.

O apartamento tem um ótima localização, próximo ao famoso hotel Copacabana Palace, à praia, ao metrô, aos restaurantes, as farmácias, além de ser muito seguro. Estive com um colega em duas ocasiões a trabalho, onde ficamos instalados confortavelmente, contando com utensílios, camas e TV extremamente conservados. Quem procura um lugar aconchegante e tranquilo, acabou de achar. O Sr. Ricardo, proprietário deste excelente apartamento, nos recebeu de forma muito atenciosa e prestativa. Excelente custo benefício!

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, praticamente atrás do Copacabana Palace, pertinho da praia, metro, restaurantes, farmácia, muito seguro .Fomos em 6 pessoas e ficamos muito bem instalados confortavelmente, todos os utensílios são novos ( copos, pratos, panelas, talheres, etc.., ) assim como as camas, tv, entre outros, novinho mesmo!!! É muito aconchegante e tranquilo. O proprietário sr Ricardo foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Excelente custo benefício!
