    The building where the apartment is located offers excellent infrastructure, with a swimming pool, car park and equipped playground for children. The location is privileged: just a 12-minute walk from Shopping Rio Sul, a 9-minute drive from Praia Vermelha, 13 minutes from Mureta da Urca and a 6-minute drive from the iconic Copacabana Beach. Furthermore, it is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops, guaranteeing practicality and comfort throughout your stay.

    For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
    ⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.

    ⚠️ The reception desk is not authorised to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.
