" This hotel had many wonderful reviews, which is why my boyfriend and I decided to stay here. Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing. The room itself was also very small. Another inconvenience was that there was no iron in the room—the iron and ironing board are located on the 10th floor, and you must request a special key from the front desk because your room key does not allow access. The shower also did not appear very clean. Housekeeping was another problem. We requested that our room be cleaned, but it was not cleaned for several days after the request. We also asked for additional towels and were told they would be placed in our room, but we never received them. During our trip I unfortunately missed my flight, so my boyfriend extended our stay. However, the extension was never updated in the hotel’s system. Our room key suddenly stopped working, and when I went to the front desk they said they had no record of us staying there. Even after showing receipts and booking confirmations, they couldn’t locate it. After about 45 minutes they finally fixed the issue and gave me a new key. Later that night, while I was alone in the room, I heard repeated knocking around 11 PM. When I asked who it was, there was no response. The knocking continued until after midnight."

"The owner is really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. I stayed in the private room and it is nice and spacious for 1 or 2 people. Train, stores and pharmacy are all nearby. Great place to stay during carnaval as it is away from all the party, so you can rest well for the next day. "

"The house was very outdated, the pictures are very old and the house did not look like pictures at all, the amenities were poorly maintained and the house was super dirty. There was insects and roaches in the house and pool did not work, the host attempted to make things work but seemed to be angry when he has to come resolve an issue so we stopped asking for help. The sauna was not working and very dirty. There was barely any wall plugs inside the house. There was not too many lighting and the house was dark. The neighborhood was not safe, we were a group of 4 and a thug who lives locally drew a gun on us and threatned us. This was one of the worst experiences we have had.also need to mention the doors dont lock. With a small push they are open which is unsafe and this house should not be legally rented as it is a safety hazard. One of my group members has red bite marks from unknown insects inside the house. This house has no hot water and the host claims it does and send me a fake video of a hot water heater but the house does not even have a hot water heater at all. I dont suggest anyone or a family rent this house due to all these things. This house should not be on the platform being rented and should be removed asap!"

"I stayed 5 minutes and found a different place to stay. There is a carpeted staircase leading to the room that is completely stained. Carpet in the room is stained. While it appeared it had been cleaned, it was still disgusting. "
