"I liked the oldy Worldy feel of this place, the sloping floors were fun in the middle of the night, I also liked the price, but a bit of a pain to have to leave your room in middle of the night to take a leak, but hey it’s cheap. We also dined there and the food was really good, couldn’t eat all the ribs, it was a monstrous amount! 😁. Would I stay again

"unique property with lots of character and history. Beautiful main building common areas. Well maintained and clean. the Royal apartment side of the main building is older and the configuration of 2nd floor main bathroom is paradoxical, effectively isolating one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is small and associated with a small servant type bedroom. Overall a unque and worthwhile experience to live like nobility of that age. "
