Welcome to Por Fin Tres Palmas! A unique BEACH FRONT, OCEANFRONT, Private home with Private Pool, right on PRISTINE TRES PALMAS MARINE RESERVE:

Watch the waves and the turtles from the covered deck as you sip your morning coffee! Walk out the gates of the property onto Tres Palmas Marine reserve, a world class snorkeling beach. The house faces the west so the sun sets in your backyard every evening.

Enjoy that amazing sunset from the comfort of your back porch and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
With the marine reserve directly out back experience world class snorkeling literally at your doorstep with a variety of colorful reef fish, sea turtles, elk-horn coral, occasional manatees and more.

You can walk to the right (Northwest) on the beach all the way to Maria's beach, Calypso Cafe, and to the lighthouse. A very short walk on the beach to the left (South) is the small marina area. Here you can arrange for trips to Desecheo Island with Taino Divers, and stop at the local restaurants including Shipwreck, Copa Llena, NEW Club Nautico, and El Ancla beach bar for a drink and a bite to eat.

The newly renovated Rincon Town Center, is about 1 mile away with many local shops and restaurants in this beautiful square. Stroll aound the center to see the local aritsans displays every Thursday evening at the Art Walk and every Sunday morning at the Farmers Market to bring home some unique gifts.

This is a unique rental as this is NOT a condo or a shared property. Only you and your house guests will be renting this private 1/4 acre facility.

All beaches are open to the public in Puerto Rico, but this is a quiet beach. You may see people strolling by, but definitely no crowds here! Children welcome

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before arrival; No refunds within 90 days of arrival.
