A short corridor will give you access to the other rooms: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a study. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds, one located on the floor and the other accessible via convenient stairs. It is possible to add a fifth bed that can be placed at will in one of the larger rooms of the house.
Guests will have the entire flat at their disposal. They can enjoy relaxing under the veranda and stroll through the wooded park in front of the entrance, in the centre of which is an artificial pond with fish and a small waterfall.
The outdoor area is particularly suitable for birthday parties or other celebrations for all ages.
For lovers of road biking, mountain biking and trekking, there are many paths and trails along the Marecchia River (less than five minutes' drive away) and in the surrounding hills.
