Two night stay

A quiet family-run hotel a short walk from the beach, and a slightly longer walk to / from the station. In an older building, but clean and well looked after, with a standard breakfast.

Very pleasant hotel very close to the beach, with plenty of dining options. Staff are lovely and attentive. Only few parking spots available, but that is very common in this area.

Highly Recommended!

The location is amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. This property is very clean, great use of space and all the amenities you could need including some great extras! The people that work there are exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was top notch! We were Very impressed! Thank you for a great stay, we loved it.

I enjoyed my stay in this boutique hotel, it’s ran by a lovely italian couple who try to communicate even though they don’t speak a lot of English. Highly appreciated the warm gestures and great breakfast. Very clean, quiet. Renovated old hotel.

Auf der Fahrt von Apulien nach München haben wir eine Nacht in Rimini im Hotel Villa Luigia verbracht. Unser Auto konnten wir sicher parken und auch ein früherer Check-In war möglich. Unsere Suite war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ausreichend und vollkommen in Ordnung.

Unfriendly staff

The staff was not friendly. One lady that worked in the front door was rude when we asked if a friend who was coming to see us could use de parking (since we were not using it). The next day we asked if we could have a late check out, another concierge said that we had to leave at 10 am, but when we said that the check out time was 10:30 at the website she answered ok, but not after that. We didn't feel welcome at any moment and we're not coming back.

Ottimo Hotel a Rimini

Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo hotel; personale estremamente cortese e disponibile; camera ok, bagno ampio e pulito. Colazione: abbiamo sentito la mancanza di qualche forma di proteine, che so, sarebbero bastate delle uova sode. Consigliato in ogni caso.

Geheimtipp für Rimini

Highlight bei dem kleinen, gepflegten Hotel ist sicher das Frühstücksbuffet und die sehr netten Betreiber / Eigentümer. Service war hervorragend, Zimmer bzw. ganzes Hotel alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer selbst könnte ein wenig größer sein und die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Kleiner Nachteil war die Parkplatzsituation bzw. die Umgebung bei Anreise mit dem Auto. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit bei Anreise vor dem Hotel zu halten. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war auch sehr eng, sodass wir das Auto für die Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht benützt haben.

Piacevole soggiorno

Struttura a conduzione familiare, camera pulita con tutti i comfort necessari: aria condizionata, frigo, piccolo balcone. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il silenzio e la tranquillita' che, a Rimini, in agosto e' quasi impossibile trovare per cui abbiamo riposato molto bene. La colazione a buffet era buona e varia con ampia scelta di torte fatte in casa,di salumi, frutta e bevande. La posizione dell'hotel e'sicuramente ottima perche' nel centro di Rimini: unico neo l'impossibilita' di parcheggiare nei pressi dell'albergo che ci ha costretto a portare la macchina un po'distante dalla struttura. Sicuramente Hotel Villa Luisa e' comunque una struttura in cui ritornare magari per un soggiorno piu' lungo considerato anche la gentilezza dei proprietari e il buon rapporto qualita'-prezzo.

Posizione perfetta, comodo sia alla stazione che alla via principale di Marina Centro. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. L'unica "pecca" è stata la polvere sparsa sui mobili della camera. Per il resto...PERFETTO!

Ein gemütliches Hotel zum Wohlfühlen :-)

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Es war ein gemütliches und familiäres Logis mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung. Gerne empfehle ich das Hotel weiter, vor allem für Hotelgäste, welche individuell reisen und eine mondäne Atmosphäre nicht bevorzugen.

Basic but satisfactory and in a great location

If you want a reasonably priced hotel that covers the basics then Hotel Villa Luigia is solid choice. The staff were friendly (although only one lady seemed to speak English), the hotel had few amenities but provided a breakfast that was OK and was certainly clean and tidy with good air conditioning. The key advantage is it's location: so close to the beach and all the restaurants. For that reason, I'd be happy to go back there.

100 m zum Meer und trotzdem in der Stadt, super!!!

Vorneweg, unser Zimmer war ein bisschen zu klein für einen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt und das war es auch schon mit den Minuspunkten. Ein wunderbar gelegenes, kleines Familienhotel, sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Die padrona und der Patrone extrem nette und hilfreiche Menschen, haben meiner Frau, die sich eine Muschelvergiftung (nicht im Hotel) sehr geholfen (Arzt organisiert, Obst aufs Zimmer, Kontakt mit Arzt und immer freundliche Nachfrage,...) und sich rührend um sie gekümmert. Nicht nur für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Ei oder Omelett,...Sehr empfehlenswert!
