Schöne zwei Wochen in einer schönen Wohnung

Als erstes muss man die super Lage der Wohnung hervorheben. Direkt an der Promenade und 2 min vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants, Bars, kleine Supermärkte und Läden sind gleich um die Ecke. Parken ist an der Wohnung auch gut möglich. Manchmal ein bisschen Glückssache, aber wir haben immer einen gefunden. Zur Wohnung selber kann gesagt werden, dass alles da ist und geboten ist, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Ein dickes Plus ist die Klimaanlage und der schöne große Balkon. Allein der Blick von dort auf das Meer ist Erholung pur. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Wohnung mit Top Lage und einer Vermieterin, die super Hilfsbereit war und auch für Kurzfristige Angelegenheiten sofort zur Stelle war. Sei es über Whatsapp oder persönlich. Kein negativ Punkt oder Manko, aber für den einen oder anderen vielleicht wissenswert. Die Wohnung liegt über einer kleinen Spielhalle mit Fahr-und Spielautomaten und zu den Abendstunden nahm sie ihren Betrieb auf. Uns hat es nicht gestöhrt deswegen können wir nur sagen immer wieder gern und empfehlen diese Wohnung auch gerne weiter.

Cura del particolare, tutto perfetto!

Appartamento moderno e curato in tutti i dettagli, ombrellone e lettini a disposizione in spiaggia sono un plus da non sottovalutare. Balconi (4) ampi per un pranzo o cena vista mare. La comunicazione con l’host è sempre stata perfetta: veloce e precisa. Consigliatissimo. Marco e famiglia.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind eine Woche in den Pfingstferien als Familie dort gewesen. Wir hatten einen schönen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Uns hat besonders gefallen dass die Wohnung unmittelbar am Meer liegt, direkt an der Promenade. Man braucht nur über die Strasse zu gehen, schon ist man am Strand. Die Umgebung ist sehr belebt, es sind viele Ladengeschäfte, Bars, Hotels und Restaurants in der Nähe. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fahrgeschäft für Kleinkinder, manchmal sind davon abends Geräusche der Fahrautomaten zu hören. In der Wohnung sind insgesamt vier Balkone vorhanden. Auf dem grossen Balkon haben wir immer gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen, dort ist auch eine Sitzgruppe wo man sich super entspannen kann, mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist eine der besten die wir je gesehen haben. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, renoviert, vieles ist neuwertig, sehr sauber. Es ist praktisch schon alles da was man braucht, und es wurde auch an die Kleinigkeiten gedacht (z.B. Reinigungsutensilien, Waschpulver, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Fön, Kosmetiktücher, Schukesteckdosen und Adapter für ital Steckdosen, eigener Router mit LAN und WLAN, Spielsachen für kleine Kinder, italienische Kaffeemaschine und deutsche Kaffeemaschine). Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr hilfsbereit und konnte alle unsere Fragen beantworten. Supertolles extra: Zwei Liegen plus ein Sonnenschirm sind an der gegenüberliegenden Strandbar inklusive. Wir haben die Urlaubswoche sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung- mässige Umgebung

Die Urlaubswohnung war hervorragend, schon viele in Rimini ausprobiert, diese war die Beste!!!! Sogar die Betten hervorragend- fast wie zu Hause. Sehr nette Vermieterin, immer da, wenn man Fragen hatte- Danke dafür. Die Lage ist jedoch für ein Paar ohne Kinder und noch nicht zu alt, weniger geeignet. Sehr trist, kaum Lokale, kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- schade. Können daher nicht wiederkommen.

Fantastisch!!!!

Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Jungen für 9 Tage Gast und es war einfach super!! Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und super geeignet um auch mal Privatsphäre zu haben! Der Toaster hat es uns angetan (er spielt Musik wenn die Toasts fertig sind 😁) Auch der Rest der Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend und wirklich sauber!! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hätte besser nicht laufen können, sie ist mega freundlich und war uns gegenüber sehr flexible für jedes kleine Wehwehchen das wir hatten!! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!! Grazie mille Annalisa, era bellissimo da te!!! Forse ci vediamo quest estate!!! 😚

Perfect appartement - perfect location !!

Es war der perfekte Urlaub !!! Die Vermieterin Annalisa war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - super sypathisch! Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, sehr sauber, super schön eingerichtet - man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist top, direkt an der Strandpromenade, eine super Restaurant gleich unten drin mit super Pizza‘s und sehr leckerem Tiramisu ;-)! Die Wohnung und Lage ist für gross und klein einfach MEGA!

Traumhaft schön!!

Ich kann nur positives Berichten. Die Wohnung war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, exakt wie beschrieben. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern 5 und 2 vereist und waren alle von allem begeistert. Die Lage ist top, dass essen lecker und auch die Preise für Ativitäten sind überschaubar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Mein Dank gilt vor allem Annalisa, die jederzeit erreichbar und eine hervorragende Unterstützung vor Ort war.

L'appartamento molto carino e vicinissimo al mare, é perfetto per 6 persone, anche tutte adulte.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per la tipologia di appartamento che per la vicinanza al mare. Eravamo 6 adulti e un gattino e abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, sig.ra Annalisa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 15 giorni. Non c'è che dire : appartamento come da descrizione, praticamente nuovo ben arredato e sul mare. Tutti servizi sono a portata di mano. Annalisa la proprietaria sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente prossimamente ci ritorneremo.

El apartamento está está a escasos metros de la playa. Tiene una preciosa vista al mar desde su balcón. Todo está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Annalisa es una excelente y cordial persona. Hemos pasado unas hermosas vacaciones. Muy recomendable!

Casa perfetta!

La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione riguardo alla posizione e ai servizi offerti era precisa e accurata. Quando siamo arrivati l'appartamento era completamente pulito e già riscaldato. La casa era fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari, funzionavano tutti ed erano di ottima qualità. L'appartamente si trova in un luogo strategico, 20 metri dal mare e 5 minuti in macchina da Rimini centro. Consiglio vivamente a tutti! I proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti !

Rimini... schön und erholsam

Sehr saubere Wohnung hat einem großen Balkon mit Meerblick und 3 weitere Balkons die etwas kleiner sind. An alles ist gedacht. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und hilft gerne wir haben miteinander Englisch gesprochen. Alles sehr gut und einfach schön ! Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Nefeen G
