About this property
Unwind in this modern villa in Friesland
- Rijs is located in Friesland, a popular province in the northern part of the Netherlands featuring picturesque towns, lakes and woodlands. Rijs and its surroundings offer numerous watersport activities, biking and walking trails. Minutes away, you can find great restaurants and woodland excursions, or stroll a little further to the beach. Nearby towns offer notable shopping, cultural events, horse riding and golf. The grocery store is 1.5 km away, and the shopping district is just 5 km away!
The house was designed by a local architect in the 1970’s and has been tastefully remodeled in 2018. The villa is fully equipped with everything you desire during your stay. The outdoor space includes a big grassy yard, a patio with a lounge set, table and chairs, and a BBQ grill. Some outdoor play equipment, such as badminton and balls, is also available. Toys and indoor games, such as chess, playing cards etc. are located in a kids’ corner. There’s even an Xbox with games in a separate room with its own TV. A crib and a high-chair are available as well.
