  • New build 2BR 2BA home sits on the side of a mountain 4 miles up from Riggins proper at 3900 ft.

    Fully furnished and internet ready. Soundbar system attached to new 65 inch Vizio flat screen, but who watches TV when you are inside of this mountain picture?

    King sized master bed and bath and Queen size 2nd bedroom with its own bath.

    Gorgeous deck off the living room in the treetops and Trex deck off of the Master BR .

    Comfortable blow up bed for 4+ guests. $99 setup/prep fee

    NEW DIRECT HEAT & AIR INSTALLED BY OWNERS 2020

    Please leave garbage on the back deck when you depart. The home cleaners will take it to the dump in Riggins after your departure. Thank you for staying with us! Derek & Amy Baltimore
