"This was my favorite 24 hours out of a 2 week trip to Europe! The Chateau is straight out of a fairy tale. "This was such a cool place to stay for an evening, right on the Avenue des Champagnes and walkable to everything Epernay has to offer. The apartments are literally on the grounds of Champagne de Venoge. The room was very comfortable and the largest (by far) of where we stayed in France. The staff was amazing -- they even found us a dinner reservation after we had struck out on a couple of options. One word of caution - we had a little difficulty finding the place since you must enter the gates...

"The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."
