    Experience the charm of a 19th-century farmhouse set on a 13-hectare estate in Rieucros. Domaine de Marlas combines historic character with modern comfort, featuring centuries-old trees, a river at the end of the garden, and a greenway crossing the property.



    The 110 m² cottage accommodates up to 9 guests: spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, three large upstairs bedrooms (140 and 160 cm beds), bathroom, shower room, and two toilets.



    Outdoors: sunny terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, access to the estate’s pool and games room (billiards, ping-pong).



    Cool nights: summer nights are usually cool (17–20°C). Sleep with the windows open and enjoy gentle breezes.



    Heritage and activities: Mirepoix and Cathar castles just minutes away. Hiking, Pyrenees skiing less than an hour away, nearby lakes.
