"Wir haben das Objekt problemlos finden können. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt mehrere Kleinkindbetten sowie ein separates Kinderzimmer, an ein Schlafzimmer angrenzend. Die große Terrasse eignet sich hervorragend zum grillen und draußen essen. Die angrenzenden Koppel der Alpakas und der Pferde hat für viel Freude gesorgt. Am Grundstück befinden sich gleich zwei Spielplätze angrenzend sowie eine Spielscheune, die wir am Vormittag der Abreise nochmal...

"Good for family holiday"

"Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft. Ankunft war problemlos, und die Lage ist wirklich still. Das kommt aber mit dem Preis, dass wirklich nichts in der unmittelbaren Nähe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort ist - aber letztlich lässt sich mit dem Auto alles finden und erreichen. Und eine Überraschung war das für mich auch nicht wirklich. Anlass für den Besuch war eine Geburtstagstour im Geschwister-Kreis, werde das aber mit meiner Familie auf jeden Fall wiederholen.Allerdings: die Möbelaufteilung im...

"Chosen for its location, the hotel did not disappoint. Seemed popular amongst the older generation as a holiday base, offering half-board at a good standard and included drinks with dinner. My junior suite was enormous but no air-con, although there were plenty of windows, which opened fully. Not much to do in the locality and the exterior could do with a facelift. Good wi-fi speed. My only real gripe was the very thin curtains, which did little to block the early morning light. "

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen – in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren außer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Die Nutzung von Saunatüchern kostet 5 € extra – in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverständlich und kleinlich. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmäßig: „Keine Ahnung“ oder „Google es“. „Wie kommen wir nach Thale?“ – „Keine Ahnung.“ „Haben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?“ – „Nein, googeln Sie.“ „Können wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?“ – „Wir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die Eingangstür.“ – Drin, aber ungesichert und für jeden zugänglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich! Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück – das war gut. Aber selbst das kann diesen Aufenthalt nicht retten. Fazit: Nie wieder. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"
