"Da vi ankom, sad der en seddel på hovedindgangen at vi skulle ringe til et tlf. nr. hvor vi fik besked på at vores nøgle lå i en plastikbøtte ved bagindgangen. Da vi efter en gåtur kom tilbage ca. kl. 17.00 var Bar restaurant og reception aflåst og vi kunne ikke se noget personale. Ved opringning til tidligere tlf. nr. fik vi besked på st bsren åbnede kl. 18.00 og Restauranten kl. 18.30. Vi var nervøse for at vi ikke kunne få nogen aftensmad."
