Nice touch to have all the necessitites for home cooking and a fresh coffee and tea in the morning provided. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. "Loved property, staff very friendly helpful.. problems for them to address: Dinner at Nautilo awful. Must be new chef: our 2 sreals were woefully undercooked ant sent back, another payron found his ribs also undercooked.....breakfast there eas fine...pool nice, needs gym...disliked shag carpeting in bedroom...our AC in bedroom so weak as to be ineffectual...Rm2010...and during heatwave it was unbearable. We stayed at this 5star hotel specifically for promise of AC... "
