In the centre of Ried 1 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Table tennis, patio, barbecue (swing). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 270 m, railway station "Ried i.Z. Bahnhaltestelle" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 5 km, bathing lake 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, gondola lift 1.2 km, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.2 km, sled run 7 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. All rooms in stone pine!

Erholung pur 😁

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung Haben Pfingsten zusammen mit 9 Personen diese Ferienwohnung gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das gute war das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat war Goldwert. Und der Rest von der Wohnung war ebenfalls sehr geräumig und viel Platz für jedermann;) Würdem gerne nochmals kommen.Sehr nette Vermieterin 5 Sterne ;) Vielen Dank.

Goede accommodatie voor een groep van 10 personen

Prima accommodatie. De gastvrouwen zijn moeder en dochter. De dochter woont op de bovenverdieping. Moeder woont elders. Het contact met moeder verliep goed. De dochter was bijzonder onvriendelijk. Zij klaagde over geluidsoverlast, terwijl de gasten onder ons dat niet beaamden. Het gedrag van de dochter was bijzonder ontfatsoenlijk, ze ging verbaal onredelijk te keer en schreeuwde tegen ons. Wij hebben dit gemeld bij de moeder en daarna hebben wij geen last meer van de dochter gehad.

Geräumige Wohnung

Ideal für 2 Familien oder bis zu 4 Päarchen. 4 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad, ein Zimmer mit Stockbett (war bei uns abgesperrt). Einrichtung zweckmäßig nüchtern, wenig liebevoll. Garten vorhanden mit Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte. Vermieterin nicht gerade freundlich, nur auf Kaution und Kurtaxe aus, kann keine Tipps zu Ausflügen etc. geben. Achtung wir hatten laut Beschreibung von Interhome Endreinigung bezahlt, wollte sie nochmals abrechnen hat es aber akzeptiert dass es bezahlt war.

Super Ferienwohnung, super Ferien !

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Die Zimmer waren super, auch die am Zimmer liegenden Bäder haben wir sehr genossen. Es war sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. Der große Balkon ist traumhaft und man kann abends lange verweilen mit einem tollen Panoramablick. Wir empfehlen es gern weiter. :) Ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles prima!!!!

Sehr gute Lage (Bahnhof , Nähe Kaltenbach, Zillertaler Hochalpenstr.) Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, großzügig (gerade für Kinder).Wir würden sie wieder mieten.
