"The directions we received to get us to the cottage were very confusing and no use whatsoever. We had to knock on doors and ask locals. This was such a shame as we discovered if we took a different road from the A1064 it could not have been more straightforward. Never the less, we had a lovely holiday in a great location, very friendly hosts and we loved the cottage. Would love to go again."

"Cobwebs and dirt in every room. Bedroom has crumbs and cobwebs on the bedsheets. Clearly not cleaned for a long time. Had to book another place in the end; if you’re asthmatic this place will be unbearable. "

"The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus."

"What an absolute gem of a property. Overlooking the sea, it was ideal. Sightings of seals in the morning was an added bonus. Parking can be tricky, but nothing that the owners don't convey. Highly recommend this any season. We wished it were a bit stormy, as the view is out of this world Thanks Nikki and Stef."

"A nice property - well located close to the beach. However, there were some issues which marred our visit - the Nest controlling the heating and hot water was faulty ( and wasn't replaced during our stay - the engineer hadn't visited before we left) so on occasions there was no hot water although we then found an immersion heater which we could use, the lock to the back doors didn't work with no key so we couldn't secure the property and until the lock was replaced we had to take our valuables...

"Quaint little cottage in a lovely area. It looks tiny from the outside but inside it is really spacious. Nicely decorated and furnished and beds very comfortable. Absolutely perfect for our needs and spacious enough if family pop round. An amazing village shop and cafe next door. Would definitely visit again."

"The hotel was very good and we had no issues, all the staff we dealt with from checking in until we departed were excellent and very polite. The breakfast we had which was paid for as part of the package was excellent and all the food was freshly prepared."

"Lovely apartments in a peaceful location, short walk to the beach. Pool and gym and changing rooms were in good condition and helpful staff, we didn't try the games room this time as the weather was too good to spend much time inside! We had our first evening meal in the restaurant, it was relaxed and the food wasn't fancy but it was really good quality and perfectly cooked, we felt it represented really good value for money. The restaurant service was also excellent. I knocked off a star for the accommodation as there was damage (or poor repair) on the bathtub surface around the taps which made it look rather tired and the veneer was peeling off the edge of the coffee table. The gym was well equipped for such a small space and the air conditioning was lovely, but there didn't seem to be any way to play music, so it was either TV or silence (I couldn't seem to find any music channels or radio on the TV), and they could do with some appropriate gym matting in front of the dumbbell rack/under the bench."
