"POOR maintenance: broken entry doors to hotel; fitness room closed; broken window shade in room; mold throughout bath area; NO towel hooks except on bath door; no microwave or refrigerator; unreliable air conditioner; masking tape on door. POOR breakfast: almost burnt sausage daily, cold biscuits, few choices. At least there was a friendly, professional front desk staff. I could not cancel my stay because it was booked months in advance."

"The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there. Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk."

"We stayed here just passing through. The beds were clean, though there were small cigarette burns on some of the sheets. The rooms were secure and the premises quiet on the Friday night we stayed. We rented 2 rooms and one of them appeared to have mildew on the vent in the bathroom. One of the rooms we initially got did not have a properly flushing toilet and was missing a light bulb. When we told the front desk they promptly changed us to a different room that was proper. While there was good water pressure, the tubs were old and stained. The toilet seats were the small round old-fashioned type. The whole place felt pretty run down, old, and in need of serious rennovation. There is an in-ground outdoor pool but it wasn't open yet. Breakfast was only waffles and frozen sausage biscuits, which worked for the kids but the wife and I are gluten free so we had to get something elsewhere. The lady who checked us out was friendly and professional."

"Room was disgusting! Toilet was dirty and surfaces overall unclean upon checkin. I had to wipe and disinfect prior to being comfortable enough to stay in the room. The hotel was allegedly sold out so there were no other rooms. Front desk ladies are nice but it is not nearly worth the amount charged. I would like a refund. "
