Charming Retreat near Beaufort Hilton Head Savannah
Enjoy the convenience of being near Hilton Head Is., Beaufort and historic Savannah GA. This spacious home is situated on a small lake & offers 2 living areas, a formal dining room & eat in kitchen. There are 3 large comfy BRs. The M. BR. has a King bed w/ private bath. BR 2 has a queen bed w/ Casper mattress. BR 3 has a king bed with a single pull out sofa bed, & attached 4th BR with a full sized bed. The hall bath is very large & has double sinks. Just 4 miles from I-95. Relax & Enjoy
The space
The house is 2500 square feet so it's nice and spacious. It also has a really unique floor plan. 1 of the 3 bedrooms actually has another bedroom in it that would be great for kids staying with parents. There is a nice patio on the back that is surrounded by flowering trees & overlooks a small lake.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, except for the garage and small service area. Also a patio and spacious fenced in yard overlooking a small lake.
Other things to note
We're about 25 minutes from the marine base.
