Great Family Time

We enjoyed our stay here. The size of the house was perfect for our family. The outdoor space and game room were absolutely what we needed to round out a great family vacation. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent choice!

Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for 9 of us, the back yard was mostly private and quiet, and the A/C worked remarkably well during a very impressive heat wave. Very convenient location to I-5 made exploring Mt. St. Helens and the Portland area easy.

Great for family!

House was great with a huge variety of activities and games. Traveled with my elderly parents, 12 year old son, and dog. Did not realize the backyard of the property was shared by other homes and was not fully fenced in, so unfortunately we couldn’t let our dog out to play safely. Other than that, had a wonderful time!

A nice place to stay

We stayed there while we were fishing on the Columbia River. The house was nice and met our needs. We had two trucks and boats, so parking was a little tight. It would be fine for normal vehicles.

Family visit to the Pacific NW

This property provided activities for my young adult boys in addition to enough room for family (the long dinner table was great as well as the kitchen island) to visit as we were able to get together with my sisters who live in Ridgefield and BC. The property was stocked with enough sundry items that we only needed to buy groceries for our stay.

My little group has stayed here three times now and plan to do so again. The location is conveniently close the the fairgrounds, which is a big plus. It is also roomy enough for a bunch of single dudes to relax and rest. Recent upgrades, including a pool table, are a nice plus as well! The host is very responsive as well. I haven’t had any issues that needed attention, but I can say that checkin information was prompt and followed up on, and that a couple questions that I’ve had were answered quickly!

Beautiful, clean and fun

I rented this home for my family to stay in while they were visiting for my son’s graduation. We had kids in the party ranging from ages 7 to 14 as well as adults between 30 and 65. With all of the amenities, there was something for everyone to be occupied, and the layout of the home allows for space between groups while still being connected. My family was sad to leave! The host was communicative and super responsive. Check in and check out was so much easier than any other place we’ve rented. We will definitely Look for reasons to come back!

The house has a bit of a quirky layout, but was a great space for our family to hang out while we were in town for a wedding. There kitchen did have a big ant problem, they were all over the counters in the kitchen, as well as the spice cupboard (don't eat the rice or sugar there). The bunk bed needs some repair, it's a metal frame that squeaked with every minute movement the kids made. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor for the second night so we could all sleep

CA, NJ and OR finally gather!

We found Yana's house fine for all our needs - a family of 2 grandparents, our two sons and daughters in law, and 3 little ones under 5. We chose the hottest week of the year and the air conditioner kept us cool - as did the backyard and porch mister. The open-plan house kept us together when we wanted to be and the 3 distinct bed rooms gave us privacy when we needed it to deal with naps and jet lag. We enjoyed the lovely small town of Ridgefield, 3 Peaks Brewery up the street, and a quick trip to the beautiful Vancouver waterfront - great water feature there. We recommend this home.

Spacious older home with nice upgrades and responsive owner/manager.

This is a nicely updated older home with a large open floor plan in the main living area. It is on a busy street but set far enough back off the road it is quiet. There is parking for a number of vehicles. We had 2 large trucks and had no problem with parking. Two of the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The third bedroom is also comfortable and is of a standard size, not small. The backyard has a nice play area right off a covered deck. There is a playroom inside, although we did not use it, it would be very nice for families to use. We had a couple questions for the owner/manager and she was very responsive. We had answers within a couple minutes, not hours or days as with other properties we have rented. I can recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again in the future. Thank you

It's nice.....

This property looks great from the pictures and it is nice. We love the decorations and the overall vibe of the place. We booked this place specifically because it looked like a great place to hangout while visiting family.Pros: Kid friendly, game room, theater room and lots of space.Cons: It was very cold and even though there are space heaters, they are very small and not effective in warming the areas needed. The "radiator" space heater in the garage has a leg broken and was told that it can be laid on the ground depending on where we have it which we were just not comfortable with as we have a toddler. There are a total of 4 throw blankets, non of which actually help to warm you when you are sleeping. The couches are super cute, but very uncomfortable to sit on and one is broken. Our stay was just uncomfortable and cold.We checked out a day early because of this. Overall the place is nice but it It just did not meet our standards of comfort and functionality that we look forward to while we travel.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Yana was quick to get back to me with any questions. House was clean and just as expected from the listing. Nice open concept allowed for us to have family over for dinner and not feel cramped, as there was plenty of room to spread out. Play structure was a life saver with my 2 year old and my teen nephews loved the game room. When we are back up this way, we hope to be able to stay again!

Large space for group

Good rental for wedding parties family. Little hard to see mailbox number on busy street at night but trash cans helped, we did have a dog running around unleashed outback of property but Yana handled right away. Would suggest more blankets on beds and dishes (glasses) for guest but the property was great for kiddos and location to our venue. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent Family get together !

GREAT FAMILY TIME! We needed a place to bring family together for Thanksgiving. Everyone lived close except 2 from Arizona We had to supplement the kitchen supplies for cooking such a large meal but we had expected we would need to do that. Bedrooms bath and laundry facilities perfectly met our need. When we I had questions such as extending our stay or if the living rm propane heat stove would work Yana answered immediately! Lovely back yard. We will stay again’

Memorable

This was the perfect vacation home for our family, we loved the kitchen, eating and enjoying the big open space, the kids loved the backyard and game room, well the adults liked it too lol. Location was perfect we explored rivers and lakes and parks!!! Nature was overwhelming beauty and it was everywhere!! Perfect Getaway House
