"Staying at The Phelps was a wonderful experience. It was near everything we wanted to do during our visit to Cincy. The resturant and staff were fantastic. In fact, we chose to eat there two nights out of three! All the personnel could not have been kinder or more accomodating. We received a warm greeting and smile from everyone we encountered. They acted like they were truly happy we were there. And the veranda was the perfect place to watch the eclipse!"
